A1 النمران، نواف صالح مطلق A2 الزعبي، ميسون طلاع A2 حتاملة، حابس محمد A2 الماضي، بيان ظاهر AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت بتفعيل الأنشطة الرياضية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي التربية الرياضية في المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت البالغ عددهم (4414) معلمًا ومعلمة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (541) معلمًا ومعلمة. وتكونت الأداة من استبانه، من 28)) فقرة لقياس دور مديري المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت بتفعيل الأنشطة الرياضية. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تفعيل الأنشطة الرياضية لدى مديري المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت قد جاء بالمستوى المرتفع، حيث جاءت المجالات، وعلى الترتيب (التعزيز، إدارة النشاط الرياضي، التنفيذ للنشاط الرياضي، الإمكانيات، التخطيط للنشاط الرياضي)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي والجنس وأوصى البحث بتعزيز إتجاهات مديري المدارس حول دورهم بتفعيل الأنشطة الرياضية، ودروها في الإرتقاء بمدارسهم. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlational descriptive survey approach was used. The study population consisted of (4414) teachers of physical education in middle schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study sample consisted of (541) teachers, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire had (28) paragraph, to measure the role of middle school principals in the State of Kuwait in activating sports activities. The results showed that the degree of activation of sports activities for middle school principals in the State of Kuwait was at a high level the domains came, in order (promotion, management of sports activity, implementation of sports activity, capabilities, planning for sports activity), and the results showed statistically significant differences due to the effect of the years of experience variable in all areas, and the absence of significant differences attributed to the effect of the qualification variable Scientific and gender. The study recommended promoting the attitudes of school principals about their role in activating sport activities, and their role in improving their schools.
