A1 شريف، شريف محمد A2 الدوسري، محمد إبراهيم مبارك AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توظيف قادة مدارس محافظة وادي الدواسر لوسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني وعلاقتها بتحقيق الانضباط المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين بالمحافظة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (450) معلما تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما تم استخدم الاستبانة من إعداد الباحث كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن توظيف قادة المدارس بمحافظة وادي الدواسر لوسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.69)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.07). كما أظهرت النتائج- أيضا-أن درجة تحقيق قادة المدارس بمحافظة وادي الدواسر للانضباط المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط (3.97)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.86). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين درجة تنفيذ قادة المدارس بمحافظة وادي الدواسر لوسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني ومستوى تحقيقهم للانضباط المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to detect degree of employment of the leaders of Wadi Al-Dawasir governorate schools for electronic communication tools and their relationship to achieving school discipline from the point of view of teachers, the study sample consisted of(450) teachers, researcher has used the correlative descriptive approach, and a questionnaire to collect data from a sample study, the results showed that: that the degree of implementation of the leaders of Wadi Al-Dawasir governorate schools for electronic communication tools was high with mean of (3.69), and standard deviation (1.07). Also, the results showed that the degree of achieving school discipline from the point of view of teachers came high with mean (3.97), and standard deviation (0.86). The results of the study also showed a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance at the level (α≤0.05) between degree of employment of the leaders of Wadi Al-Dawasir governorate schools for electronic communication tools and achieving school discipline from the point of view of teachers.
