A1 السليم، غالية بنت حمد بن سليمان AB The objective of this research is to identify the reality of the integrated and sequential teacher preparation programs at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from the Faculty of Social Sciences collage perspective. And to identify the most important criteria of the overall quality of teacher performance. To achieve this, the research followed the descriptive approach. The study tool was developed and designed in four areas, with a total of 56 criteria. The study sample consisted of (151) members. Through the results, it was found that the general average of the availability of the criteria differed in the axis of the criteria for the objectives of the teacher preparation programs. The results also showed no significant difference due to the specialization variable or the degree or years of experience.
