A1 القريني، تركي عبد الله سليمان A2 الحارثي، حنان رده سعيد AB The goal of the current study is to examine the challenges facing students with disabilities in Saudi universities to benefit from the distance learning system during the Coronavirus pandemic. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used by preparing a questionnaire consisting of (24) items. The sample of the study consisted of (205) from those students who are enrolled in these universities. The results of the study showed that the first challenges affecting the benefit of these students from the distance learning system were: the learning challenges in this system, followed by technical challenges, while the personal challenges were among the least challenges that these students faced. The results of the study also revealed there were statistically significant differences on the challenges affecting the benefit of these students from this system according to three variables: the gender among the sample for male students, a scientific specialization for media, and the type of disability for those who with blindness, low vision and learning disabilities. In contrast, the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of enrolling the online courses at the university before coronavirus pandemic. In the light of its results, the study presented some recommendations that can help in overcoming these challenges affecting the benefit of these students from this system.
