A1 الشمري، سلمان بن حديد AB This study aimed to determine the training needs of mathematics teachers from their point of view according to the framework of the Association for Partnership for the Skills of the Twenty-first Century (P21), to achieve the objectives of the current study, a questionnaire was applied to (56) male and female mathematics teachers at the intermediate and high school in Shaqra province to know their point of view in their training needs according to the framework of the Association for Partnership for the Twenty-first Century Skills (learning and creativity skills, digital culture skills, life and profession skills). The study questions were answered and the statistical differences were known according to the study variables (gender, experience, training courses, and school stage) and the study results concluded that the training needs of mathematics teachers were moderate, and it concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the training needs of male and female mathematics teachers in Shaqra province from their point of view according to the framework of the Association for Partnership for the 21st Century Skills (P21), attributed to the variable of experience for those who have a less educational experience, while the results did not show statistically significant differences attributable to the gender, school stage, and training courses; the study recommended the necessity of conducting specialized training courses for male and female mathematics teachers, and conducting similar studies on Primary school.
