The sample of 28%, of the study population was selected by a simple random. The study concluded that computer teachers in the secondary stage practice NCATE standards related to teaching performance in the field of knowledge and skills and the trend towards the profession with a degree of great application, while exercising in the field of practical experiences and practices were applied also to a large extent, and that the exercise in the area of planning for teaching was a average degree, and in the implementation of the lesson came standards significantly, while in the evaluation and its benefits were average degree. In light of the findings of the study, enter duce some important recommendations.
