A1 خابور، رشا سامي إسماعيل A2 بني خلف، ميساء محمد سالم AB The study aimed to identify the reality of computer use among school principals from the point of view of the principals and teachers of public schools and its reflection on the development of administrative work, and to identify differences according to the study variables. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire containing 23 items, and they verified its validity and stability. It was randomly class distributed on the sample of the study 147 of the principals and teachers of public schools in Ramtha. The results of the study showed that the average of the means for the subjects in the study was medium. The item of easement the administrative burden in the administrative work was first ranked with a medium degree. The process of inserting the marks of students was second ranked with a medium degree while the presentation of subjects by using data show was at the last rank with a low degree. The study also showed no differences due to the effect of sex and the effect of job title, while there were differences due to the impact of experience for more than 10 years, and differences due to the impact of scientific qualification for the doctorate. The study showed the reflection of the use of computers on the development of administrative work through updating the classrooms and school laboratories was first according to the point of view of the principals, while working on the planning of lessons using the computer was first ranked according to the point of view of the teachers, and printing tests for students was second.
