The sample of the study consisted of 553 students, (292) of them are males while (261) are females who have been chosen randomly. There is a positive direct correlation and a statistical indication in (α≤0.05) between internet addiction and insomnia. Moreover, there are no differences, statistically, in the indication (α≤0.05) between the group of internet addicts and the group of non-addicts regarding the level of insomnia in all dimensions except for the dimension of “starting sleep” which shows differences. There are no differences, statistically, in the indication (α≤0.05) for the study sample’s estimations regarding the level of internet addiction in gender variable, except for the variable of conflict, which shows differences and is in favor of males.
