A1 إبراهيم، بدوي عبد الله الحاج A2 الحاج، نور الدائم الطيب يوسف AB This study dealt with the relationship between the Gulf Colleges of administrative and human sciences and the social and cultural development in Hafr Al-Batin province. This study aimed at highlighting the relationship between these colleges and the local community and their contribution to its development. The problem of the study clearly appeared in this question: does the Gulf Colleges contribute to the social and cultural development in Hafr Al-Batin province? The researchers used a descriptive analytical approach to prove the study’s hypotheses: 1) there is a statistically significant relationship between the Gulf Colleges and social development of Hafr Al-Batin community. 2) There is a statistically significant relationship between the Gulf Colleges and the cultural development of Hafr Al-Batin community. The results of the study showed that there is statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the Gulf Colleges of administrative and human sciences and the social and cultural development of Hafr Al-Batin community. According to the results the study recommends that there is a need to strengthen the relationship between the Gulf Colleges and the community and build smart partnerships through the establishment of cultural centers that provide awareness and cultural services to members of the local community.
