A1 العجلان، هند بنت عبد العزيز بن ناصر AB Study objectives: 1) identifying the requirements of achieving managerial creativity among female principals of the kindergarten stage from the viewpoint of female principals and educational supervisors in Riyadh city. 2) Identifying the main impediments of achieving the requirements of managerial creativity among female principals of the kindergarten stage from the viewpoint of female principals and educational supervisors in Riyadh city. 3) Finding out some of proposed actions which contribute to achieve the managerial creativity among female principals of the kindergarten stage from the viewpoint of female principals and educational supervisors. Study method: the survey descriptive method was applied. Study population: female principals and educational supervisors of public kindergartens in Riyadh city. Study sample: female principals and educational supervisors of public kindergartens in Riyadh city, totaling 157 female principals and 28 supervisors. Study tool: the researcher prepared a questionnaire. The main findings of the study: 1) the study findings showed that the requirements of achieving managerial creativity among female principals of kindergarten stage were as follows: originality skill ranked first, followed by fluency and flexibility, followed by the skill of accepting the risk. Finally comes the skill of analysis and connectivity capacity, with a high degree of agreement among the study members. 2) The study members agree with a high degree on the impediments of achieving the requirements of managerial creativity among female principals of the kindergarten stage where impediments on organizational factors ranked first, followed by impediments on personal factors. The main research recommendations: 1) spreading awareness among female principals of kindergartens to the importance of managerial creativity. 2) The material and moral motivation of female principals of kindergartens to attend training programs that will develop creative skills among them.
