A1 السيد، ندى بنت علي بن حسن AB The school leader is the most important person entrusted with the task of managing the educational process in the school; therefore, the current study is designed to determine the degree of applying value of administrative transparency by principals of schools in which special education programs are followed for the value of (administrative accountability, decision making and performance assessment). To achieve the objectives of the study, used the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate one for the study. The researcher collected information through a questionnaire. The study population was (318) of school's teachers, in which special education programs are followed in Riyadh city, that were chosen in a simple random way. The results of the research show that the degree of applying value of administrative transparency by inclusion school principals in Riyadh city were high. Administrative accountability was ranked first, then performance assessment. Then decision making was the least administrative transparency, there were no statistical differences among the average responses of the study members regarding the degree of applying administrative transparency by inclusion school principals in Riyadh city according to the academic qualification and years of experience variables.
