A1 كليل، نجاة A2 بن الطاهر، عماد AB Hearing disabilities, like other disabilities, have side effects on the personality of the disabled child and their progress in all aspects of the mental, linguistic, academic and social aspects. The most severe effects are in the ways of communicating with the child with a hearing impairment. The institutions of care and education provide educational and psychological services to them. These institutions are seeking all their capabilities to implement educational programs adapted to their own needs. Seeks to integrate these groups into society. Among the educational programs adopted by these institutions is the orthodontic program for children with hearing disabilities in preschool. This program includes planning for the formation of a specific educational education, which is all in a special sequence and works to achieve certain goals, including improving the level of verbal communication for the hearing impaired child and the correct pronunciation he has the ability to interact with others and shows it through a series of intensive exercises in audio training and logical training. This study was an attempt to learn the role played by the program in the development of verbal communication in the hearing impaired child. This study was conducted in the school of children with hearing impaired Biskra. The study sample included 04 children with a hearing impairment - medium degree. The experimental method was used. The tools used were observation and interview.
