A1 عذاب، علي عطيه AB يهدف البحث الى التعرف على الأداء المؤسسي وعلاقته بالمهارات الإدارية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم تصميم استبانة لغرض البحث الميداني وتوزيعها على عينة البحث، إذ يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومديرات المدارس المتوسطة، وبعد اختيار العينة تم توزيع (60) استبانة، وبعد معالجتها إحصائيا أظهرت نتائج البحث الى أن المدارس المتوسطة تبنت مفهوم الأداء المؤسسي بكافة عناصره إلا أن مديري المدارس المتوسطة يتمتعون بمستوى عال من الأداء المؤسسي ومستوى عال من المهارات الإدارية، وأن هناك علاقة أثبتت فاعلية الأداء المؤسسي والمهارات الإدارية. ويوصي الباحث على أن وزارة التربية يجب أن تنظر إلى مديري المدارس على أن لهم دور فعال وحيوي في تحقيق أهداف المجتمع. وأن المعاملة الحسنة والطيبة المبنية على الاحترام والتقدير بين مديري المدارس وأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية ينبغي أن تسود في كل المدارس بشكل واضح وصريح. The research indicates that the middle schools adopted the concept of institutional performance with all its components, but middle school principals enjoy a high level of institutional performance and a high level of management skills, and that there is a relationship that has demonstrated the effectiveness of institutional performance and management skills. The researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should consider school principals as having an active and vital role in achieving the goals of society. And that the good and kind treatment based on respect and appreciation between school principals and members of the educational body should prevail in all schools clearly and explicitly.
