A1 المالكي، رجاء قاسم لازم A2 عباس، سعاد خضر AB The objective of the research is to identify the level of administrative empowerment among the deans of the college at the University of Baghdad, as well as to know the differences from the point of view of the sample members by sex and duration of service, as the researcher addressed the problem of the research and addressed the extent of its importance. It consists of (177) Heads of Department and Branch for the academic year (2018-2019), and was selected for research and by (30%) of the society, the number of respondents (54) individuals. The researcher built a research tool (a questionnaire) consisting of a set of dimensions, which has been confirmed the truth and reliability. The theoretical side and previous studies as well as the statistical methods used were presented and the researcher analyzed the results and discussed them. The researcher reached the most important results that the level of administrative empowerment among the deans was below the middle level closer to the weak, while there were no significant differences in the sex change while differences in the service. The researcher then made a number of conclusions on the research as well as the relevant recommendations and proposals.
