A1 الرشيدي، فاطمة سحاب جلوي AB This study aimed to recognize the degree of practicing the transformational leadership among male and female public schools' managers in Anaizah governorate from its teachers' points of view. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers who works in the public schools, (140) male teachers and (160) female teachers, who were chosen from 22 schools of Anizah governorate in Al-Qaseem. So to achieve the study goals, the descriptive analytical method was used; also the researcher designed a questionnaire about the transformational leadership, and the needed honesty and consistency; and for the statistical processing, the averages and standard deviations, t-test, binary variance analysis (ANOVA), and the multiple binary variance analysis. The study results indicated the following: 1) there is an intermediate level of transformational leadership degree among male and female public schools' managers, in Anizah governorate, in all areas as a whole. 2) There are no statistically significant differences, due to gender, at significance level (α≤0.05), in practicing transformational leadership among male and female public schools' managers in Anizah governorate. 3) There are no statistically significant differences, due to experience, at significance level (α≤0.05), in practicing transformational leadership among male and female public schools' managers in Anizah governorate.
