A1 كيطان، رباب كريم AB The current study attends its importance from the nature of the subject matter which deals with identifying the achieved system values in electronic children's websites as samples. The current study highlights its importance through the growing interest in this stage (childhood), which considers as the first formative stage of child's knowledge, and the stage of opening to the world's knowledge and acquiring diverse skills. The study problem is limited to the current question (what the system values is achieved in mass communication represented by the Arabic children's websites). The study objectives are the following: identifying the achieved system values in one system and mass communication (electronic), Arabic children's websites as a model. Finding out the percentage of these values in all electronic websites and children's samples. Adopting the tool of measurement for the detection of the values system and what are they in the Arabic electronic children's website? The study follows a descriptive analytical method, it consists of (20) website intends for children, which has been measured the values system tool, then data analyzed by content analysis. The study came with a set of results, the most important results that knowledge and cultural values received the largest area in the Arabic children's websites, then the recreational, aesthetic, spiritual and moral values are running after. A set of conclusions and recommendations are drawn, including: the study recommends by encouraging Iraq authorities concerned with child e.g., the department of the child in the ministry of culture in the adoption of the establishment local websites specializing in transplant system of values in all its forms.
