A1 العزي، أحلام مهدي عبد الله A2 حميد، أميرة مزهر AB The study aims at identifying the correlation between the moral integrity and emotional stability among preparatory school teachers. The study sample consisted of 300 teachers at Baqubah district. The researchers adopt integrity and moral scale for (Tabra 2010) also the researcher have carried out the construction of emotional stability scale and they extracted the psychometric properties of the scale. After data processing statistically using Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test for one and two samples. The results showed that the moral integrity among preparatory school teachers was average, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of moral integrity and moral differences according to sex variable in favor of females. Also, the results showed that emotional stability level among preparatory school teachers was average, and there are statistically significant differences by gender variable at the level of emotional stability and in favor of males, although there is direct correlation relationship between moral integrity and emotional stability a positive relational integrity between the moral and emotional equilibrium among preparatory school teachers.
