A1 محمد، محمود محمد زكي AB The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on TRIZ Theory for developing classroom crises management for teachers of philosophical subjects for the secondary stage. The research required to prepare the training program based on TRIZ theory, and preparing the research tool, “the classroom crises management test” (situations test).The research sample included (64) teachers of philosophical subjects at some schools in Cairo Governorate (El Massara - Helwan) Directorates were divided into two equal groups, an experimental and a control group. The research findings showed the effectiveness of this training program based on TRIZ theory in the classroom crises management for teachers of Philosophical subjects.
