In order to achieve the study's objective, the training program was implemented throughout the second semester of the scholastic year 2011/2012. The study sample were (40) boys and girls, students from Amman national school KG-Amman. The study subjects were divided into two groups: a control and an experimental group. The control group underwent the normal scholastic program while the experimental group underwent the training program that consisted of 25 sessions of 60 minutes each. To achieve the effectiveness of the training program, a modified form of the Sullivan's emotional intelligence test for children (2003) was implemented onto the Jordanian environment as a pretest and posttest after ensuring validity and reliability. The training program was designed by the researcher and based on art drawings that were chosen by the researcher and approved by a number of judges - to promote emotional intelligence. The test was re-implemented in order to assess the differences that resulted because of the program. The means and standard deviations for each dimension were sorted out in order to find the effects of the training program on the emotional intelligence between the two sample groups. After conducting (ANCOVA) (2x2) the results showed that there were some statistically significant differences at the significance level (α > 0.05) of the overall emotional intelligence at its three dimensions for the sample subjects of the kindergarten children, ascribed to the effect of the training program in favor of the experimental group. There weren't any significance differences between the pretest and posttest results. After discussing the mentioned results, the study has come up with a number of suggested recommendations that will contribute to the development of educational reform programs.
