A1 فتيني، عبده إبراهيم A2 بني عطا، أحمد مصطفى A2 الرحاحلة، وليد أحمد A2 أرميلي، زياد محمد A2 أبو الكشك، محمد علي AB ھدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي المنتخب الیمني للجمباز من وجھة نظر المدربین واللاعبین وكذلك معرفة الفروق في ھذه الأسباب بین المدربین واللاعبین كما ھدفت الى معرفة الفروق في ھذه الأسباب بین المدربین تبعا لمتغیر الخبرة والمؤھل العلمي، وإلى الفروق في ھذه لأسباب بین اللاعبین تبعا لمتغیر العمر التدریبي. وقد تكونت العینة من (60) مدربا ولاعبا موزعین بین (26) مدرب و(34) لاعب تم اخیارھم بالطریقة العمدیة. واستخدم الباحث الاستبیان كأداة لجمع البیانات حیث تكون الاستبیان من (39) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات ھي (الادراي، الفني، النفسي، الصحي، المادي والإمكانات). ولغرض تحلیل إجابات أفراد عینة الدراسة استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابیة والانحرافات المعیاریة والنسب المئویة وتحلیل التباین الأحادي. وقد أظھرت النتائج أنّ أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي المنتخب الیمني للجمباز من وجھة نظر المدربین جاءت مرتبة كمایلي الأسباب الفنیة، الإداریة، النفسیة، المادیة، والصحیة على التوالي تنازلیا. كما أظھرت النتائج أنّ أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي المنتخب الیمني للجمباز من وجھة نظر اللاعبین جاءت مرتبة كمایلي الأسباب الإداریة، الفنیة، النفسیة، المادیة، والصحیة على التوالي تنازلیا. كما أظھرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي المنتخب الیمني للجمباز من وجھة نظر المدربین واللاعبین، وأیضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي المنتخب الیمني للجمباز من وجھة نظر المدربین تبعا لمتغیر سنوات الخبرة، بینما توصلت الدراسة الى وجود فروق تبعا لمتغیر المؤھل العلمي في كل من الأسباب الفنیة والصحیة بین فئة الثانویة العامة من جھة وكل من الدبلوم والبكالوریوس من جھة أخرى ولصالح الثانویة العامة. كما أظھرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في أسباب تدني المستوى الفني للاعبي الجمباز، من وجھة نظر اللاعبین، تبعا لمتغیر العمر التدریبي في المجال الإداري والمجال الفني لعمر (5) سنوات فما دون. بینما لم تظھر فروق في باقي المجالات. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to find out reasons of low technical level of Yemen artistic gymnastic team from the view point of coaches and players, the differences between the reasons of coaches and reasons of players, also the differences of these reason between coaches of different experiences and qualifications and differences between these reasons between players according to age of training. The sample consists of 60 coach and player distributed between 26 coaches and 34 players were chosen by intentional way. Researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire consists of 39 paragraphs were distributed at 5 areas, they are (administrative, artistic, psychological, health and material and capabilities). The researcher used averages, standard deviations, percentages and analysis of variance for the reason of analysis of individual's answers. Results show the reasons of low technical level of Yemen artistic gymnastics team from the viewpoint of coaches are arranged as follows: artistic, administrative, physiological, physical and health are arranged in descending order. Results also show the reasons of low degree of reasons of the low technical level of Yemen artistic gymnastics team from the viewpoint of players are arranged as follows: administrative, artistic, physiological, physical and health are arranged in descending order. Results show that there is no difference of statistically significance of the reasons of reasons of the low technical level of Yemen artistic gymnastics team from the viewpoint of coaches and players, also show that there is no difference of statistically significance of the reasons of reasons of the low technical level of Yemen artistic gymnastics team from the viewpoint of coaches of different experience, where as it found out that their differences according to the qualification at artistic, and health reasons between individuals of high school certificate and diploma and bachelor degree, but for the favor of high school certificate, results show a differences of statistical significant of low technical level of artistic level for gymnastic players of the players point of view, according to age of training at administrative, artistic for ٥ years and less.
