A1 مبروك، أحلام عبد العظيم A2 السيد، نهى يوسف AB The aim of the research is to determine forecasting skills which the female teacher of family life education must have, and determining the relation between the futuristic perspective and forecasting skills of the female teachers of family education, with setting a conception of a proposal of a blog for developing the forecasting skills of the female teachers of the family life education. A list of forecasting skills of the female teachers of family life education has been prepared to be a criterion; according to this criterion, an A questionnaire of those skills of the female teachers of family life education should be prepared. Those skills consist of two main dimensions (the skill of understanding the present time -the skills of future prediction). Every dimension includes a group of subsidiary skills. The research tools have consisted of (a form of general data about the female teacher of family life education - A questionnaire of the forecasting skills of the female teachers of family life education- a detection form of the futuristic perspective of the female teacher of family life education.) The observation card and the research tools have been applied upon a sample of some female teachers of family life education (the number of those female teachers was 38) in Qalubyah province. The research results have shown statistical significance differences with variation (0.01) within the average of marks of the female teachers of family life education in forecasting skills according to obtaining the professional development courses and the experience period, for the benefit of who have had more years of experience and who have already obtained the professional development courses. There is a sequential correlation between forecasting skills of the female teacher of family life education and the futuristic perspective with variation (0.01). In light of the results of previous research been conceived proposal for electronic forums. The most important recommendations of the research are; preparing educational blogs which contribute in developing the professional development of the female teachers of family life education in the different aspects which are related to planning, carrying out and evaluating the learning process, devoting programs of professional development of the female teachers of family life education, and organizing enough training courses for developing their abilities to develop forecasting skills of the learners.
