A1 التركي، إبتسام بنت علي AB The objective of this research was to identify the problems faced by the employees of the Ministry of Education in Al-Qassim region related to internal scholarship procedures to identify its management problems, and to identify the differences between the views of the sample about it. The main question of the research: what were the problems faced by the employees of the Ministry of Education in Al-Qassim region related to internal scholarship procedures? The descriptive survey method was followed in this study using a questionnaire as a tool. The study community was 18546 employees of the ministry of education in Al Qassim; out of which a sample consisted of 224 employees was selected. The results showed that the Ministry of Education does not coordinate with educational institutions to facilitate the acceptance of scholarship students, there are difficulties in obtaining acceptance from educational institutes low level of professional development plans in the Ministry of education, and several defects in administrative and financial bylaws. The recommendations were the need for good planning and coordination for scholarships in the Ministry, and the need to apply electronic transactions to speed up procedures.
