A1 مراد، سهام السيد صالح AB The study sought to provide the proposed framework for a training program to develop the teaching Skills of physics female teachers at the secondary stage in the light of the principles and requirements of integration among Science, Technology and Engineering Mathmatic (STEM). To this end, four fields of the principles and requirements of integration among Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Technology were identified: 1) professional development as a system. 2) Professional development in terms of content knowledge. 3) Professional development strategies in the field of STEM. 4) Supporting professional development in the field of STEM, which should be evident in the teaching performance of physics female teachers at the secondary stage. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 30 female physics teachers at the secondary stage in Hail to pinpoint their training needs and develop their teaching performance in the light of the principles and requirements of integration among Science, Technology and Engineering (STEM). Based on the results of the study, the researcher proposed a framework for a training program to develop the teaching performance of female physics teachers at the secondary stage in the light of the principles and requirements of integration among Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). In addition, the framework was validated for application. A number of recommendations were provided for developing the teaching performance of female physics teachers at the secondary stage.
