A1 قطيشات، تيسير عبد الله علي A2 الخصبة، نورا سالم عبد الله AB This study aimed to discover the effect of teaching science using developed guides based on constructivist model on improving generative learning in science among sixth grade students, (68) students from sixth grade students were chosen purposely from Fatima Al-Zahraa School at Tafila، who study in the Scholastic year 2019/2020 to represent the study sample, were the study sample divided randomly into experimental group and control group, so session (B) of 34 students was appointed as an experimental group, and session (A) of 34 students was appointed as a control group. To achieve the goal of the study the researchers built Generative learning test, as well as developed guides were built including a guide to teaching science in accordance with constructivist model, a glossary of terms, questions of challenge and a guide to experiments. The researchers guaranteed the study tools validity and reliability. The study revealed the effect of teaching science using developed guides based on constructivist model on improving generative learning in science among sixth grade students. The researchers recommended the adoption of evidence developed according to constructivism theory in science education for sixth-grade students to improve their generative learning level.
