A1 أبو الخير، أحمد غنيم علي AB The study aimed to identify the reality of managing the care and acceleration programs for outstanding students in Palestinian general education schools in the West Gaza Directorate from the viewpoint of administrators and teachers, and to develop a proposed concept for its development, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on the questionnaire distributed on a sample of (14) principals and (165) teachers in basic and secondary schools in Gaza Governorate. The study found that the reality of managing the care and acceleration programs for outstanding students in Palestinian general education schools in the West Gaza Directorate was average with a relative weight (66.29%). There was also no statistically significant difference regarding the reality of managing academic care and acceleration programs in general education schools in the West Gaza District from the point of view of the principals and teachers due to the variables (gender, job title, educational stage). The study presented a suggested scenario that includes executive mechanisms to develop the reality of managing the care and acceleration programs for outstanding students.
