The most important reasons of university violence were weak socialization processes, poor media awareness, watching violent films and considering violence as a means to solve problems among students. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended the need to tighten penalties towards practitioners of university violence, and the establishment of awareness programs for new students so as not to fall prey to these practices.
