A1 الرحيلي، أمينة سلوم معتق AB The current research aim to measure the effectiveness of a proposal program based on using some tools of the second generation web (web 2.0) to enrich the sci-fi in physics for students at the secondary stage. On this regard, the semi-experimental approach was chosen. It is based on (pre - post ) design for two groups ( experimental and controlled ). The experimental group has studied the unit " light " in physics for second grade at secondary science using the proposed program which is based on some of the tools of the second generation of the web , ( blogs, facebook , and youtube). Meanwhile, the controlled group has studied the same unit in the usual way. For the sake of applying the research, two public schools in madinah where chosen at random where the experimental group of consisted (50 students). Meanwhile, the controlled group consisted of (45 students). To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher has prepared a measure of sci-fi in the unit " light ". This measure has been applied (pre- post) on the two studying groups. The researcher also has used the test "t" for the associated groups to verify the first hypothesis. She has used the same test on the not associated groups to verify the second hypothesis and has used eta square (² η) to determine the effect size for using the proposed program. The research has the following results having a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the students in the experimental group and at the application of the (prepost) of the science fiction measure in favor of dimensional application having a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the experimental and the controlled groups in the post application of science fiction in favor of the experimental group.
