A1 إبراهيم، عطيات محمد يس AB The research aimed to identify the employment laws and regulations in Saudi Universities including the University of Najran. It also aimed to identify the extent of familiarity of some of the university employees of such laws and regulations, and the functions and duties of each of the categories (under study) and the percentage of job satisfaction on the applied side of the laws and regulations. Based on all this, the research problem (the impact of job satisfaction on perfection ), (and therefore quality) emerged For what mentioned above , the researcher sought to find a codified mechanism to identify the extent of job satisfaction for some university employees and the possibility of finding a solution that fit the material and human resources available ,the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach , the targeting groups of the of the study was the university teaching staff (Girls campus) , the means used to collect these data is the questionnaire (consisting of two parts), the first one representing: the extent to identify the laws and regulations, and the second representing : the extent of job satisfaction (salaries, allowances, incentives, working hours, managerial positions, job title, etc) and its impact on the perfection. The final stage of the research was the stage of statistical analysis and then extract the results, recommendations and suggestions. The most important results of the study: Experience and college do not have impact on the extent of familiarity with laws, regulations, functions, duties and perfection. Lack of familiarity with the terms of the contract. Lack of knowledge of rights and duties. Lack of awareness of laws and employment conditions before, during and after the signing of the contract. The study confirmed that the factors relevant to academic, teaching and scientific research have more impact on job satisfaction than other factors (the functional, administrative). Delay or non-completion of the transaction has negatively affects on the perfection.
