A1 جبر، عادل صالح A2 أبو عاقلة، أحمد الريح يوسف AB The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of e-governance in in the Yemeni state the quality of Administrative performance universities, also Knowledge of the requirements and constraints of the application of e-governance in these universities, as well as the differences, if present, in the p. Value (α=0.05). Between the views of the members of the research community on the effectiveness of e-governance in administrative performance quality, Can be attributed to the variables (University, age, gender, qualification, occupation, years of experience, training courses, Computer Driving License ICDL). The researcher used the descriptive study method and used Questionnaire in collection of information’s. And the research sample consisted of administrators and academics working at universities Sana'a, Hodeidah, Amran, Hajjah, the sample size in this research is (500) individuals. The selection of samples by used random selection method, the statistical analysis through the use of (averages, standard deviations, and percentages), analysis of variance (ANOVA), and testing of Shaivism (T.test), Cronbach's alpha equation, Pearson correlation coefficient. The researcher through his research gets to the many results, as the following: 1) The presence of the effectiveness of a very high degree of electronic management in the quality of administrative performance in the Yemeni public universities, three directions of researchers and all the tools. 2) Presence statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) on the effectiveness of e-governance in the administrative performance quality in the Yemeni public universities due to the variable University. 3) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) on the effectiveness of e- governance in the administrative performance quality in the Yemeni public universities due to the variables (Type, qualification, occupation, years of experience, courses and Computer Driving License ICDL). The recommendations were as follows: 1) Take advantage of the positive trends of administrative leadership, and academic, about the effectiveness of e- governance in the management performance in government Yemeni universities quality. 2) Governorate orientation towards the applications of e- governance in the Yemeni government universities. 3) Find of a new job at the head of the university under the name of the Vice President for Information Technology responsible to development of the University electronically. 4) Provide the necessary financial support for the Centers of Computer and Information Technology in the Yemeni public universities.
