A1 الرقب، عبد العزيز شفيق A2 شحادة، فواز حسن إبراهيم A2 مهدي، إبتسام جواد A2 الجادري، عدنان حسين AB This study aimed to know the effect of using the cooperative learning strategy in developing the dictation writing skill for basic fourth grade students in Al Qwesmeh District. The sample of the study was intentionally selected, and it consisted of (50) students. The sample was distributed into two groups; the first was an experimental group which included (25) female students in Shajarat AlDur School. The cooperative learning strategy was used to teach the group. The second group was the control group which was taught in the traditional way, It consisted of (25) female students. the study concluded that there were differences with statistical significance (a=0.05) in the application of the post test for the dictation writing skill in favor of experimental group taught by using the cooperative learning strategy.
