A1 السويري، فلاح ضويحي AB This study aimed at identifying the role of E-management in the performance of employees in public education schools in Kuwait, and to find differences between the views of the study sample on the importance of E-management in improving the employees’ performance. The study sample consisted of (120) members of the administrative staff (40) males and (80) females from the intermediate schools in Ahmadi governorate, Kuwait. The study utilized the descriptive analytical method. It indicated the approval of the administrative staff on the importance of electronic management role, and the impact of electronic management on the improvement of employees’ performance in public schools, and found a positive correlation between electronic management and improve the employees’ performance. The study set a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: set plans and strategies for the improvement of school administrations, which qualifies them to keep up with the administrative modernization that is taking place in the world, and make management planning a priority, spreading the culture of electronic management through educational curricula and the media, which develops and helps the community accept electronic management.
