The researchers used the descriptive approach as it appropriates to the research. The researchers prepared the first questionnaire for empowerment and the second for the performance of Teaching Staff. The application was applied to (407) Teaching Staff in a number of different faculties at Port Said University, In the end, the researchers presented a proposed vision aimed at providing an integrated vision to enable Teaching Staff - Port Said University, in an attempt to address the gap between them and the senior leadership, by taking advantage of the functional tasks carried out by the Teaching Staff inside and outside the university.
