A1 الحربي، مروان بن علي AB The study aimed to detect the level of a sense of cognitive failure among secondary school students, in addition to the detection of the predictive value of variables brainpower initial (Linguistic Ability, Spatial Ability, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability) and Attention control and Working memory capacity for predicting cognitive failure. The study sample consisted (186) students at the secondary school. The results of the study to the level of a sense of failure cognitive located at the upper limits, in addition to that he was determining the amount of the predictive value of the independent variables under study to predict the failure of knowledge, it can be interpreted approximately (95.7%) of the variance on the variable cognitive failure among secondary school students in variables adjust the distractions of attention, and working memory capacity, and Reasoning Ability and Spatial Ability.
