A1 مقدادي، هاني صلاح حسن AB The objective of this study is to originate the science of administration and its applications in the light of Islamic Administrative School in a contemporary vision to respond to all stipulations and conflicts of the current time. To achieve the objectives, the researcher uses the analytical, descriptive, inductive and deductive approaches to analyze the Ayahs of the Holy Qur'an that involve administrative views with reference to books of Tafseer and the prophet's Sunhat. The results of the study indicate that administration in Islamic Administrative School has its own philosophy that made it different from other theories of administrations. The results also indicate scholars think that the administrative principles, parameters, rules, methods and organizations are propagated by modern administrative theories; however, the origin of such theories are already available at the Islamic Administrative School due to : (i) the perception of the organizational labor, (ii) the group administration, (iii) Labor- group, (iv) administrative support and (v) the self- administration. The study concludes that time and place are essential factors in decisions making due to consultation and discretion. This is visible as Prophet Mohammad has applied all principles and parameters of administration in the educational field in his prophecy and got the best of educational outputs.
