A1 الشهري، أحمد عاطف عبد الرحمن AB This study aimed at identifying the reality of EFL student teachers' use of LMS (Blackboard) at King Khalid University, Faculty of Education. The study followed a descriptive approach, and the participants were 51 EFL student teachers who were enrolled in the General Educational Diploma Program during the academic year 2015-2016. Whereas the study tool was a questionnaire composed of 26 items. The study showed that the use of Blackboard functions can be classified into three categories (high use, average and rare). Of the tasks that were used frequently; viewing course content, alerts, announcements and marks and delivering assignments. Of the tasks that received an average use; viewing course description, outline and terminologies and course teacher information, participating in the course forum, completing e-exams, and sending- receiving messages. Of the tasks that were used rarely; creating blogs and diaries and participating through them, and the use of calendar and address book.
