A1 الرمثي، سعد مبارك AB The study aimed to estimate the level of leadership empowerment and administrative creativity of Bisha University from the perspectives of the members of the academic and administrative bodies, and to clarify the role of leadership empowerment in achieving administrative creativity; and provide a suggested model that would contribute effectively to achieving the empowerment of leadership requirements in order to achieve and promote management creativity of the members of the academic and administrative bodies of Bisha University in the light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The researcher used the descriptive method through the presentation and discussion of the dimensions and aspects and studies related to the subject of this study, and through the use of questionnaire as one of its tools to identify the level of leadership empowerment and administrative creativity from the perspective of the members of the academic and administrative bodies of Bisha University, as well as the impact of the empowerment leadership practices in achieving administrative creativity.
