A1 الربيع، كوثر إسماعيل AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على الخيارات المهنية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز في الأردن. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (356) طالبا وطالبة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (119) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية الموجودين في المدارس التابعة لإقليم الشمال والذي يضم محافظات إربد وعجلون والمفرق، أي ما نسبته (33%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وقامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس العوامل المؤثرة على الخيارات المهنية والذي تكون من (30) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد هي: عوامل تتعلق بالوالدين، وعوامل تتعلق بالطالب الموهوب، وعوامل تتعلق بالمدرسة، وتم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لفقرات ومجالات الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أبرز العوامل المؤثرة على خيارات الطلبة الموهوبين المهنية هي العوامل المتعلقة بالموهوب نفسه ثم تلتها العوامل المتعلقة بالوالدين ثم العوامل المتعلقة بالمدرسة، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلبة على مقياس الدراسة تعزى للجنس أو مستوى الصف الدراسي. The study sample consisted of (119) secondary school students in the schools of the northern region, Irbid, Ajloun and Mafraq, the percentage was (33%) from the community of the study. The researcher designed the factors that affects the professional orientations scale, which consists of (30) paragraphs divided into three dimensions, namely factors related to parents, factors related to gifted student, factors related to school. The results of the study showed that the most important factors affecting the options of the gifted students are the factors related to the gifted student himself, followed by the factors related to the parents, and factors related to the school, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the grades of the students on the scale of the study due to gender or grade level.
