A1 النوافلة، نواهي حابس A2 بطاح، أحمد محمد عبد الجليل AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع عمليات التغيير التي يمارسها مديرو ومديرات المدارس في الأردن من خلال ممارساتهم المهنية لدى المعلمين في ضوء أنموذج (فيشر). لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (309) مديرومديرة (891) معلم ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مجال "القلق من التغيير" قد احتلّ المرتبة الأولى بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، وجاء مجال "التقدم الناتج عن التغيير" في المرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة تقدير ضعيفة. وبينت النتائج أنّ هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين متوسّط تقديرات الذُّكور لعمليات تغيير الممارسات المهنية للمعلمين على جميع المجالات، ومتوسّط تقديرات الإناث، وذلك لصالح تقديرات الإناث وعلى جميع المجالات، وأن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين متوسّط تقديرات المؤهل العلمي بكالوريوس، وتقديرات المؤهل العلمي ماجستير ودكتوراه، وذلك لصالح تقديرات حملة درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية مديري ومديرات المدارس بأهمية التغيير والمراحل التي يمر بها لزيادة فاعلية ممارساتهم في ذلك. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the study is to identify the status of school principals’ practices of change in Jordan through their professional practices according to fisher’s model personal transition curve. To achieve this aim a random sample of (309) principals and (891) teachers was selected. The findings of the study showed that (the anxiety of change) domain came first within an average level, while, (the advancement resulted of change) domain came in the last rank within a weak degree. Further, the results showed that there are significant statistical differences between the means of males and females evaluation for professional change practices in favor of females in all domains. There are significant statistical differences between the means of evaluation according to scientific qualification variable in favor of PhD degree holders. Finally, the study recommended the need to educate school principals about the importance of change and its stages in order to enhance their practices effectiveness.
