To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach. Further, the researchers prepared a list of sex education concepts that should be included in the Fiqh and Conducted Textbooks (31) Concepts, which falls under five categories: Sex in Islam, puberty in Islam, awrah in Islam, preventive behaviors to control sexual instinct and self-protection, sexual abuse and its consequences. Results of the study showed that there was an implicit inclusion of sex education in the analyzed textbooks as follows: Sixth grade (19,2%) Then fifth grade, (9, 6%), and fourth grade (6, 4%). The researchers attributed this to the nature of the subjects dealt with in the Fiqh and Conduct Textbooks for the Upper Grades, as well as a weakness in the inclusion of the five necessities in Education, related to the legal science course syllabus document for the Elementary stage, per four necessities including honor protection. And considering the obtained results, the researchers put forward several recommendations and suggestions.
