A1 العازمي، مزنة سعد AB This study aimed to identify factors affecting female students’ attitudes studying at liberal arts and professional colleges at Kuwait University towards working in the private sector. Using the analytical descriptive approach, a questionnaire was used to collect data from a random sample of (300) students. The results showed that the role of the university and prevailing social values in shaping their attitudes towards working in the private sector was moderate. In addition, the role of working condition improvement in the private sector in shaping their attitudes towards working in the private sector was high.
