In addition, the researchers used the experimental approach to design the two groups of tribal and remote testing to suit the nature of the problem and achieve the objectives of the research. The research of the students of the College of Physical Education / Karbala University - the first stage and the number (28), while the same research, it represented the entire research community and this means using the comprehensive inventory method for all members of the community, the most important recommendations were the adoption of the method of exercises similar to play according to the return of the mind in learning the effectiveness of the long jump of the female students.
