A1 إسماعيل، رجاء حسن AB The aim of the research is to identify the psychological pressures of the female teachers of physical education in the Province of Diyala, and to identify the differences in the psychological pressures among the female teachers of physical education in Diyala Governorate according to the variable of (certificate and years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive method in his survey method on the primary school teachers for boys and girls in Diyala Governorate (110) female teachers. The researcher prepared a questionnaire after she asked an open question to a sample of female teachers of physical education in Diyala Governorate, which included inquiring about the psychological pressure they are subjected to through practicing sports education. After collecting the results and analyzing them, the researcher concluded that the female teachers of physical education suffer from the psychological stress in Diyala Governorate. Six sources of psychological pressures among the research sample (functional role, school environment, relationship with others, administrative policies, school activities, personal aspect), and that those who have diploma certificate are of less psychological pressure than those of bachelor's and master's degrees and there are no differences among them in the psychological pressures, and that those of experience (1-10) years are the most experienced sense of psychological pressure compared to those of the experience of (11-20) years. The researcher recommended conducting more research to study the professional and psychological reality of the female teachers of physical education, and enrich the culture of the female teacher with the latest developments and methods of teaching the physical education.
