A1 القيسي، هناء محمود A2 جلوب، علاء صافي AB The present study consisted of four chapters which can be summarized as following points: Included the problem importance and objectives of the study as well as its limits The organizational climate is one of the problems that require the efforts of researchers' in the academic courses or the search of the juvenile university as the organizational climate has the basic role in establishing the basis of the work rules on proper bases. The problem of the study is summarized thus. What is the organizational climate prevalent in Karbala University from teacher's perspective? Are there any statistical significance differences in the between the teaching staff according to the variables of (gender employment function specialization age) What is the importance if studying organizational climate in Kerbala University because their knowledge gives help for the understanding of the effect of workers and help to understand the administrational processes and the effect of leaderships. The present study aims at the following: Knowing the organizational climate in Kerbala University. Are there any statistical significance differences in the between the teaching staff responses according to the variables of (gender employment function qualification age) The research was confined to the teaching staff in Kerbala University 2011-2012.
