A1 عشرية، إخلاص حسن السيد AB This research aims to evaluate kindergarten Elite program in Sudan to develop children creativity based on international standards, the research presents the program with its objectives and followed strategies, and then it compares the outputs between kindergartens that applied the program according to the international standards. The descriptive analytical method was used in this research. The sample consisted of six kindergartens in Khartoum state during the academic year (2017-2018). 200 children were exposed/benefited to this program. An evaluation form for parents was used as a study tool to analyze the program content, in addition to personal interviews with administrators, teachers. After verifying tools stability and validity, the data was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The results indicated significant differences among kindergarten children and development child creativity talented from parents’ point of view, also there are significant differences among kindergarten parents and development child creativity talented between different kindergartens. The study came up with the following recommendations: the importance of providing specialized services for children with high abilities providing further studies for these children, and it recommends a comparison study between parents and child's talent.
