A1 منتصر، مسعودة A2 حساني، إسماعيل AB The present study aimed to examine the psychometric properties to measure the quality of the teacher in the Algerian environment and extract performance standards enables us to interpret the results of the raw scores of individuals standards. To achieve this goal the researchers acquisition of the original version of Teacher quality standards scale (Egyptian version ) , and then select a sample of study, which consisted of 145 teacher and professor of educational (primary , secondary and high schools ) randomly selected class, from different regions of the state .to ensure the stability of scale we has been the use of multiple methods were finding indicators persistence by: Cronbach alpha coefficient and midterm retail by coefficient of Spearman – Brown. We verified the validity of this scale by construct validity using the correlation coefficients between each item of the scale and dimension, which belongs to the college of the sample items, we also verified using the exploratory factor analysis of the scale also as the peripheral comparison validity, and then find the performance criteria of the scale by extracting grades centipede. The study found the enjoyment of the scale psychometric characteristics acceptable but has been deleted 20 items through factor analysis to become the number of items 102.
