A1 العجمي، أريج حفيظ AB The present study aimed to investigating the reality of the school performance programs among elementary school principals in the state of Kuwait, based on the variables of: gender, qualification, and years of experience. The sample of the study was (213) male and female principals from the state of Kuwait, tool for measuring the items which distributed on four domains: administration, teachers, school environment and local community. The results showed that the extent of the reality of the school performance programs among elementary school principals in the state of Kuwait was strong on the domains of the questionnaire: administration and teachers, while it was moderate in both local community, and school environment, respectively. The results showed that no significant differences were found on the variable of qualification on the domains of teachers in favor of those who have Bacaloreus. Furthermore results showed that no significant differences were found on the variable of gender on the domains of teachers and in favor of those who females and no statistically significant differences were found on the variables of years of experience and gender on other domains at (at α≤ 0.05).
