A1 الداود، خالد بن عبد العزيز AB The study aims to visualize a proposal for school strategic planning for general education schools in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to help the schools building their school strategic plans. The study uses the descriptive survey approach and the results of the study are reached through the following steps: 1) Study a set of models of strategic planning, analyze, and demonstrate the features of each model, and how it can be used in building the school strategic planning model. 2) Build the preliminary form of the school strategic planning model that consists of main components and other subcomponents. 3) Present the model to a panel of experts to be arbitrated, and then take advantage of their views and suggestions in two rounds using Delphi method. The study shows the following results: A model of school strategic planning for general education schools in Saudi Arabia is built and it is composed of five main components: setting up for the preparation of the school strategic plan, forming the future image of the school, building strategic plan, analyzing the reality of the school, and evaluating the school strategic plan. Each main component consists of a number of subcomponents.
