A1 الصالح، لمياء إبراهيم A2 العامر، عبد الرحمن صالح AB This study aimed to identify the efficiency of Blended Learning by using the leaning management system on the Students' achievement of the instructional technologies and communication course. The sub experimental and descriptive method used and an achievement exam was designed to examine the efficiency of blended learning which was applied by the traditional learning through presenting the course in a non-synchronous e-learning based lecture and discussion style by presenting the course through the known the leaning management system “Blackboard” which was prepared and presented by the researcher. A questionnaire was designed to know the attitude of students towards the blended learning after it was used also know the difficulties which face them in applying the blended learning and the suggested solutions for those difficulties. The sample consisted of (48) students divided to equal groups in an intentional method, one of them is a control studied by the traditional method and the other one studied by the blended learning. The results showed that there are no statistical differences at the level of (0.05) in the academic achievement between the control group and the trail group. Moreover, the attitudes of the students through using the blended learning in the instructional technologies and communication course were very positive, and all members of study sample agreed that there are some difficulties in applying the blended learning in the instructional technologies and communication course. Also, all members of the study sample agreed on the suggested solutions for overcoming the difficulties in applying the blended learning in the instructional technologies and communication course. The study recommended that there is a necessity to apply the blended learning method in the academic courses in university as well as training the teaching staff on using this method.
