A1 النجار، يسرى عبد الرحيم يوسف AB The aim of this study was to show how education technology is employed to serve teaching learning process in government schools of Qweismeh education Directorate, in addition to displaying the limitations that faces the teacher in employing techniques in the service of educational learning process. The information was obtained by employing a questionnaire assigned to a random sample of (42) male teachers and (58) female teachers from some of the education schools of Al Qwaismah. To complete the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire from four branches; the first: data related to the teachers, the second branch: data related to technologies available in the schools, the third branch: data concerning the employment of the technology in teaching, the forth branch: data regarding the difficulties that faces the teacher when employing education technologies in addition to the most used educational software. Although the results indicate that there were no statistically significant differences in the obstacles to the use of educational techniques due to the variables of gender, experience, specialization, number of students, or educational stage, the limits of study may be the reason, so it is recommended to expand the spatial and human boundaries of the study. The study concluded several recommendations, including: the need to provide a suitable classroom environment for the use of educational techniques and the need to train teachers in the production and employment of educational techniques through the introduction of sustainable development programs.
