A1 عساف، محمود عبد المجيد A2 الهور، وفاء جمال AB The study aimed to identify the grades of teachers of private schools to practice their managers of distributed leadership and their relationship to some variables. To achieve this, the researchers used descriptive method analytical method. A questionnaire was designed to measure the reality of the practice of distributed leadership. It consists of (39) sections divided into (4) areas: (school vision, joint responsibility, leadership practices, artworks and educational program). The sample consulted of (378) teachers. The results showed that the overall degree of appreciation for private school principals distributed by teachers was relatively high (76.93%). There are statistically significant differences due to the sex variable in favor of (parameters) and years of service for the category (less than 5 years) while the same level is not attributable to the variable of academic specialization. The study recommended the dissemination of concepts on the content of distributed leadership and dissemination of culture among the principals to be applied in all schools.
